Write like you would to a friend. What you send is kept, and the reminder comes right on time.

- A contract or invoice? Send the file – the end or payment date goes in the calendar, with a reminder before.
- Small details: gate code, voucher, sizes, an address – “What's the voucher code?”.

Your information – under your control
- We never sell data. Not for ads, not to “partners”.
- Encrypted and separate: each household's data is encrypted with its own key, and no user sees anyone else's.
- Delete with one message: “delete …” or “delete all my data”.
- Kids: members under 18 join only when a parent invites them, and we collect only what reminders need.
- Nothing to connect: it all works in WhatsApp. Connecting a calendar or email is your choice.
- Independent service: Zetale is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Privacy policy
- Google Calendar connection (optional): if you choose to connect your Google Calendar, Zetale creates a separate Zetale calendar in it and manages only the events it created there. It has no access to your other calendars or events, and you can disconnect any time (“disconnect google”). Use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
FAQ
Do I need to download an app?
No. Zetale works inside WhatsApp. Tap the button, send a message, done.
What do I actually do with it?
Forward it anything you need to remember – a note from school, a photo of a booking, a PDF, a voice note – and it goes into your calendar, reminds you on time and keeps shared lists for your home and team.
How is it different from a family WhatsApp group?
In a group everyone sees everything and nobody reminds anyone. Zetale sends each person only what's theirs, on time and in their language, and sums up the week for everyone.
Is there AI in it?
Yes. Zetale uses AI to understand messages, photos and documents, and it can make mistakes. Check important dates against the source.
Who sees my data?
Only the people in your home or team. Your data is encrypted, and you can delete everything at any time (“delete all my data”).
Do I need to connect a calendar or email?
No. It's each person's own choice, and Zetale works fully without it.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
We message you before it ends and ask whether to continue. No OK – no charge.
How do I cancel?
Send “cancel subscription” on WhatsApp, or go to zetale.live/cancel. Within 14 days of the transaction you can cancel and get a pro-rated refund under Israeli consumer protection law.
Can kids use it?
Yes, as part of a family account a parent opened. The parent invites them, and they add their own reminders and tasks.
How do I invite Grandma or the babysitter?
Write, for example, “add Grandma, 05X-XXXXXXX”. She gets an invitation and confirms. You can call anyone by any name you like.
Does it work for a business?
Yes – the Team plan: the manager signs up from WhatsApp, names roles and sends staff tasks and reminders; staff report faults by message.
Why “Zetale”?
“Zettel” is Yiddish for a note. Zetale is the note the whole house sees – except it also reminds you on time.
How do you spell the name?
Zetale, with a capital Z – in Hebrew צטלה. Some write Zettale, Zetala or זטלה – it's the same Zetale.
